Vermont Fall Classic Dinner Menu
Starter: Butternut Squash Bisque
Prime Rib
Rubbed with chef’s special seasonings. Hand carved & served with Au jus
Baked Salmon
Fresh salmon filet topped with a roasted red pepper coulis
Cranberry Sage Chicken
Tender pressed chicken stuffed with a cranberry sage dressing
Baked Haddock
A flakey cut of Atlantic haddock, baked with a light herb & garlic crumb topping.
Roasted Pork Loin
A center cut loin seasoned and served with sauerkraut and apples
Maple Dijon Scallops
Mouth watering sea scallops, baked in the chef’s maple dijon sauce
All of the above dinner entrees are paired with a baked potato and seasonal vegetable of the night, a medium beverage a dinner roll, and Maple Bread Pudding for dessert!
